1 THA 257 v THA 118 (IRC2 Race 4) Minor collision during mark rounding. 118 did not keep clear of THA 257 clear ahead THA 118 is to be scored DSQ for Race 4
2 Request for Redress by THA 257 (IRC Race 7) Recovery of crew overboard from another boat. 1. THA 257 acted honorably helping people in distress, doing so endangering his racing results.
2. The damage to his Jib resulting to his retirement was not proven as the result of the rescue, or could be due to material fault.
3. His position ahead the 2 other boats might not have continued during the more than 2 hours of racing.
4. THA 257 should be awarded a finishing place instead of the RTD, but not ahead of the 2 abovementioned boats.
Redress is granted: THA 257 is to receive fifth finishing place in race 7
