Phuket is the largest island in Thailand. One of the most popular destinations in the country. December weather in Phuket is one of the best times to visit the pearl of the Andaman.

The monsoons have finished which makes December one of the best months to visit Phuket. It is almost entirely warm and sunny as the high season commences, with only a few last signs of the rainy season. If it does rain, it normally will happen in the evening and most times are rather pleasant. Rain showers do not last for long and are relatively rare.

The downside is that due to the amazing weather the beaches start to get rather full in December as the high season starts to kick in.
