Early Bird Registration Now Open!

The early bird really does get the worm – especially when it comes to the 11th annual Cape Panwa Hotel Phuket Raceweek registration! July 16th – 20th will be here before you know it! Registration and a crew ticket are required at all times to enter into the stunning regatta areas and to attend the parties of the year, so snap yours up early.

Registering before June 6th means a savings of 2,000 Thai Baht per boat entry and 200 Thai Baht on additional crew tickets.

 Aside from saving you some cash, early registration offers multiple benefits from the event organizers that will ensure this regatta is the best one yet! In order to plan the right quantities for catering, skippers’ bags, Gybe T-shirts, Gybe caps and Gybe polo shirts, sailing instructions and other ‘goodies’ — not to mention Peroni beer and Mount Gay Rum— we need to know how many people to expect. Early registration helps us to serve you better and we appreciate your help!

Registering in advance also puts you in touch with our communications liaison Natasha Horrelt (more about Natasha later this week) much earlier and she’s the one who will give you the inside-track on how to make this regatta one you’ll never forget! You’ll definitely want to get in-touch with your “person on the ground” well in advance.

Registering online is quick and easy at and payment can be made (a) online through our secure credit card facility, (b) by cash or cheque at Media Business Services office (MBS), (c) by bank transfer or (d) at regatta registration on 16 July. You can also register online now and pay the entry fee later.
