Phuket Raceweek 2022 event June 29th to July 3rd
Firstly, we hope this email finds you all well, safe and in good spirits?
It has been a difficult 24 months for many, and now we can see some normality returning at last.
Phuket Raceweek 2022
I am delighted to inform you that we have decided to go ahead with the 2022 Phuket Raceweek, which will take place from Wednesday 29th June to Sunday 3rd July.
There is an exceptional amount of organisation underway. This email is to let you know of our intentions.
Please put the dates into your diary. Wednesday the 29th of June – Sunday the 3rd of July 2022
Over the coming weeks, we will confirm the Host venues, Accommodation availability, Notice of Race and Registration details.
Pandemic Updates and Travel Arrangements.
You should monitor your home country’s announcements when travelling to and from Thailand.
We hope the situation improves and will keep you informed over the coming weeks.
It would help us if you could indicate your intention to participate. This information will help us with early organisational details.

Phuket Raceweek 2021
The 2021 Phuket Raceweek went ahead after a necessary postponement due to local restrictions at the end of August 2021.
A limited number of sailors enjoyed champagne sailing conditions managed by our regular PRO, Simon James.
For the first time in Thailand, a pursuit race was organised and well received by everyone.

The Final Awards were held in November again due to local restrictions and hosted at The Nai Harn Hotel. There is a video of the proceedings with our ‘International Celebrity. Elvis’ presiding over the evening. The Video is here
Phuket Raceweek Website and Social
The website link is updated, and many pictures and videos are added from 2021 and previous Phuket Raceweek events.
The Crew Looking for Boats and Boats Looking for Crew is active for your convenience.
Finally, you may ask why the dates have changed from the traditional 3rd week in July.
Participants had previously requested an earlier date due to other events scheduled in August.
We listened to the requests, and in the future, Phuket Raceweek will now be held at the end of June.
It would help us pass this email and the new dates to as many sailors as possible.
